1. when the beam comes, start with the target position 1 - empty frame - let the operators to center on it - the wheel is now set to 1

2. then check with the quartz - position 2 - but we would probably need about 4 pnA on a target to do that

3. do the beam aligment

4. let them tune the beam to 1 pnA 

5. turn on the DSSD 

6. start the DAQ

7. check the threshold on the DSSD
